You don't need to spend money on coaches and classes to be in Twin Flame Union or in Union with your own Soul/God. You just need to connect to your intuition, practice discernment, identify your wounds/triggers, do your inner work, notice when your mind is tricking you, and focus on YOU. Don't overcomplicate it!

An excellent shadow work manual is The Presence Process by Michael Brown, a complete 10-week healing program in a book that costs about $16 and is the basis of what a lot of expensive online courses teach. Many high profile Twin Flame teachers are getting rich by essentially teaching Michael Brown's material, and adding their own Twin Flame dogma to it.
Teach yourself energy healing with books such as Inner Alchemy: Energy Work and the Magic of the Body or Healing with Light Frequencies: The Transformative Power of Star Magic. Please do NOT pay people for energy healing! Twin Flame ascension doesn't work that way. On this path nobody can heal you but yourself. Your deepest blocks and traumas are not asking to be "fixed" by a healer, they are asking for your loving attention. It is your loving attention, not another healer's expertise, that actually gets the blockage out. And having another energy healer clear your subtle body does not lead to a lasting result even if they do lift something out of you, because it teaches you to rely on them instead of building a relationship with yourself. If an energy healer could just clear all your blocks and bring you into Union, that doesn't give you any insight into how your subconscious mind created the reality you're living in. And then you'll never learn anything real.
As long as you think a coach or a healer can save you, you'll never grow into a sovereign spiritual being. And if you're not completely sovereign in your relationship with your Soul/God, you can't maintain a healthy and lasting relationship with your Twin Flame.
Lastly, find your own truth about the facts of your Twin Flame journey through your INNER journey into your soul and the insights that come to you naturally. There are no Twin Flame book recommendations here because all of those books have some truth and some distortion in them. Nobody has "the truth" about the energetics or full nature of the Twin Flame connection. Your experience of the Twin Flame journey is going to be unique to you, so your inner self will guide you to the Twin Flame beliefs that resonate with your direct experience. And those beliefs will evolve, as you and your Twin Flame will evolve with each ego death and rebirth and collapse timelines.
